Video: Create and Monitor a Fitness Programme

Here is how you can put together a Fitness Programme that you can get your team to follow.  This can be really useful for keeping players engaged during the off season too.
 
Create a Programme

  • Head to the Gym, and click on Create Programme

  • Enter the details

  • From here, you can add as many sessions as you want, with various exercises in that session
  • After completing a programme, scroll to the bottom to choose the players that programme applies to, and hit Publish
  • Once the exercises are up, players are able to log their progress
All these exercises have video tutorials from International players on how to properly do the exercise.
 
Monitor a Programme 

  • Click on the relevant programme
  • From there, you can see all progress of the various players, including completion rate and weight lifted
