How to Invite Member(s)
Add members to your team in order to get your Coach Logic platform working the way it should. Here are the simple steps to get your players and staff involved:
- Head to the The Feed.
- Click on the menu's Members icon:
- Click on Add Member button:
- In Add Member area, you will have 3 options: Add single user, Add many at once, Add via public link:
If Adding a single user:
Enter Email Address, select Group, Role (User or Admin) and Name (this field is optional). If you wish user to pay for his/her own account, please tick Self Pay. When you complete all the details, please click on Send Invite button.
If Adding Many at Once:
If you have a list of emails, you can just paste them in the Email Addresses field:
Entered multiple email addresses need to be separated by commas:
And then click on Send Invite button.
Please note that by default invited members will be assigned User's role.
If inviting members via public link:
If you do not have public link, you can generate one by clicking on Generate New Link button. Before you do it, please select link expiry time. The options are: 1 day, 7 days, 31 days and Unlimited:
Copy the link and share it with the people you want join the platform via any communication channel you are using:
Please note: All members will be added to Everyone group by default. Admins will be added to Staff group and Users to Players groups.
