How to Download a Video?
- Go to the Videos.
- Locate required video.
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right - hand side of the required video in the Video Library:
- Click on the Download button:
- Then hit Generate Download Link:
- You have 3 options: Copy, Download and Refresh.
You can copy and share link with someone if required, please note that download link will stay active for 24 hours. Once it expires and if you still need a link, you will need to generate it again. Video will be generate in 1080p version.
For download, please hit Download icon: - If you are using Chrome browser, it will open the video preview page, click on the 3 vertical dots at the bottom right-hand side:

And hit Download button:
NOTE: You will be able to see Download option only if you are the owner of the platform or member with Download Videos permission.
If you do not have Download Videos permission, please contact your platform's admin who will be able to grant it.
Every browser might have slightly different download process. The process described above is showing on how to download video via Chrome and Edge browsers.
If you are using Safari browser then after clicking download button, on the video preview page, you will need to right-click and select Download Video option.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox browser then after clicking download button, on video preview page, you will need to right-click and select Save Video As option.
