There are 2 ways which you can inform your team of a new event.
- If your event is urgent and is happening very soon, eg a cancelled training session or change of kick-off time, we suggest you post a message on the message board in the team room area. This will automatically send out an email to all you members alerting them.
- If your event is in the future and does not require urgent attention we suggest you use the fixtures area. In this area click on '+ a new fixture' which appears under the calendar. A pop-up window will appear, enter the required information into the text fields. If you want you event to appear in the team room categorise it as a match. Events that are categorised as 'club' or 'social' will appear only in the fixtures area.
