How do I inform my team of a new event?

There are 2 ways which you can inform your team of a new event.

  1. If your event is urgent and is happening very soon, eg a cancelled training session or change of kick-off time, we suggest you post a message on the message board in the team room area. This will automatically send out an email to all you members alerting them.
  2. If your event is in the future and does not require urgent attention we suggest you use the fixtures area. In this area click on '+ a new fixture' which appears under the calendar. A pop-up window will appear, enter the required information into the text fields. If you want you event to appear in the team room categorise it as a match. Events that are categorised as 'club' or 'social' will appear only in the fixtures area.
