Player not receiving activation email


I wonder if you can help we are trying to register Bob Smith as a new member to the site but he doesn’t appear to receive the invitations.

Can you register him from your end please?

Sometimes depending on the users email settings our emails go straight to their junk/spam folder or sometimes dont even make this due to the provider not recognising the sender (hello@coach-logic).

If you send the following link to Bob he will be able to follow this and activate his account.
http://app.coach-logic.com/register/invited/pblRgolop0m (now a dead link)

I would also suggest Bob takes a look at this link to allow all future notifications from coach-logic.com to reach his inbox.
