Open Videos and locate the video you want to share:
Hit 3 horizontal dots on the right-hand side of the video card:
Click on the Sharing option:
Find your organisation’s name:
Turn on the slider to share the video with your entire organisation:
If a video has not been shared with the organisation, it can still be viewed by:
- The video uploader and
- Platform's owner (main admin)
- Users who have the Manage Videos permission for the Video Library.
