Permissions

Ability to view/search/create /edit/delete new and existing Event, import/search existing Events, create/send/edit/delete/duplicate clips, add/remove Tags, add/edit/delete Notes, edit clip length, view uploaded timelines (See All Clips, Create Clip, Add to Playlist Clips from timeline), offset timeline, copy Video URL via Video Settings, Filter by Category and uploaded Before and After Date (in Video Library) - basically perform video analysis.

Ability to upload videos, edit video details (Title, Description, add/remove Category, copy video URL, edit Video Date), Publish/ Unpublish videos, Share videos with individuals, groups, clubs, see all the uploaded videos (published and unpublished ones, shared with groups, privately uploaded), see Views History, view/search already created clips with and without comments, tags, events, notes, Filter by Category, Group, Member and uploaded Before and After Date (in Video Library) and upload/remove timelines.

Ability to download any video you have access to from the Video Library.

Ability to download clips sent to the Feed (the ones you send yourself as well as received from somebody individually or as part of the group).

Ability to export and download playlists. In order to make this permission fully functional, member needs to be granted “Analyse Videos” permission as well otherwise member will not be able to add existing clips to the playlist or create clips for adding to playlist. 

With this permission member will gain right to administrate all the platform members, e.g. change their title, role, group membership, grant or revoke permissions, delete member, invite members (via email, multiple invitation, via public link), create new group, manage existing groups (edit name, add/remove members, delete), use Filter and Search this area.

This permission will enable to delete all posts, comments in the Feed, see Views History, Pin/Unpin posts.

With this permission members will be able to create new fixtures, amend, delete already created ones.

With this permission members will be able to upload videos and perform their own analysis. Platform Owner or any other role with Manage Videos permission will be able to see that uploaded video and analysis on it (if it was done) even in an unpublished video state.

With this permission member will be able to select required period and download statistics around Feed and Video Room usage. PLEASE NOTE: In order to be able to grant it, member has to have Manage Members permission as currently Download User Interactions is only accessible through legacy Manage Members area.

With this permission member gains ability to connect/disconnect Dropbox account. However, the main person to assign permissions for the folders, delete files and folders via Coach Logic will be the Owner of the platform.
