How to Download Playlist?

  • Head to Playlists page (you will find it on the left - hand side menu):

NOTE: You can download playlist if:
You are the author of the playlist and have Manage Playlists permission
or
You have Edit rights to the shared playlist and also have Manage Playlists permission
or
You are platform's owner.

You can do it 2 ways:

Via menu Settings (3 dots) via the Playlist Library:

    1. In the Playlists Library, click on the 3 dots for the quick access to the Settings:

      1. Hit Settings:

      2. In the Settings area if playlist is not exported, you will need to do it, in order to activate Download button:

        If you do not see Download button, you can still download playlist by clickin on Copy button and pasting copied playlist's URL into browser for download:

        Via Playlist:

  2. or you can access Download option if you click on the required playlist

    1. and then click on Sharing icon:

    2. In order to be able to download playlist, initially you will need to Export it (if it was not exported before):

    3. Once playlist has been exported, you will see playlist's Download button:

      NOTE: If you do not see Export Playlist button, it means that you do not have permission to download playlists. Please contact platform's owner or any user/admin with member management rights. They will be able to sort this via Manage Members area.
