How to Add Members in Bulk and Sort Permissions

1st scenario:  We would like to delete all the members who have not activated their accounts. Here is how to do it:

1. Head to the Members area
2. Click on Filters button:
   
3. Tick Pending invitations only:
   
    
4. Review returned results, please put a tick in the box beside Name - it will mark all the returned results in that page:
   
    
5. If you do not wish to mark all the returned results, please put the ticks only beside the names you would like to remove, once you are happy with selection, click on Remove button:
   
6. You will be asked to confirm your action, please click on Remove members button:
   

2d scenario: I would like all invited members (with pending status - the ones who have not activated their accouns just yet)  to add to "Selected Group" and assign Download Clip permission:

 

1. Head to the Members area.
2. Click on Filters button:
   
3. Tick Pending invitations only:
   
    
4. If you are happy with all the returned results, please put a tick in the Name box - it will mark all the results:
   
    
5. Click on Bulk edit button:
   
6. You will see area  where you are able to select required permission (in this case: Download Clips) and group (in this case: Selected Group):
   
   
    
7. And finally hit Apply to 2 (as we are applying group and permission to 2 selected members):
