How to Invite Member(s)

Add members to your team in order to get your Coach Logic platform working the way it should.  Here are the simple steps to get your players and staff involved:

1. Click on the menu's Members icon:
   
2. Hit on Add Member button:
   

3. In Members area, you will have 3 options: Single (Add single user), Multiple (Add many at once), Public Link (Add via public link):
   
   
   
   If Adding a single user:
   Enter Email Address, select Group, Type (User or Admin) and Name (this field is optional).   When you complete all the details, please click on Add member button.
   
   
   
   If Multiple (Adding Many at Once):
   If you have a list of emails, you can just paste them in the Email Addresses field:
   
   
   And then click on Send invitations button.

   NOTE: By default, bulk invited members will be assigned User's role and added into default Users group.

   
   
   If inviting members via Public link:
   If you do not have public link, you can generate one by clicking on Generate New Link button. Before you do it, please select link expiry time. The options are: 1 day, 7 days, 31 days and Unlimited:
   
   
   Copy the link and share it with the people you want join the platform via any communication channel you are using:
   
   
   
    

   NOTE: All members will be added to Everyone group by default. Admins will be added to Admins group and users to Users groups.
